The theme of the carnival was not only centennial, but also circus. Our campus partner wanted the whimsical feel of the circus with big tents and excitement to be felt through the graphic, while also combining the university’s Centennial branding.
The official Centennial branding had the sunburst become a huge part of the celebration, so I decided to incorporate it into the Centennial logo and background. Keeping orange and green subtly throughout, I also added colors that resemble the circus atmosphere.
Map and directional signange was placed all over campus to help guide visitors around campus.
Giveaway shirt that was given out to over 8,000 attendees.
